Auth Failed

When trying to log into the VPN servers you get an error “Auth Failed”

Make sure you using your VPN username and password.

  • You can check what your VPN username is by going to the client area > Click/Tap on your name top right > Edit Account Details > Username
  • If you are using the Celo app, go to your task bar (near your time/date) and right click on the celo app (globe icon) > Log out > then close
    • Re-Open the application and enter in your username along with your password

If you are using the correct details, try resetting/changing your password.  This can be done form the client area

If you are using the correct details to log into the VPN servers and still get the error, please log a support ticket
