When trying to log into the VPN servers you get an error “Auth Failed”
Make sure you using your VPN username and password.
- You can check what your VPN username is by going to the client area > Click/Tap on your name top right > Edit Account Details > Username
- If you are using the Celo app, go to your task bar (near your time/date) and right click on the celo app (globe icon) > Log out > then close
- Re-Open the application and enter in your username along with your password
If you are using the correct details, try resetting/changing your password. This can be done form the client area
