TAP Adapters Missing

It seems like the virtual TAP adapter did not install correctly on your system.  Please follow the below

1. Exit/Quit the Celo App
2. Download the following file

   tap-windows-9.23.3-I601-Win10.exe

3. Install
4. Open up the Celo app and try connecting
