Two Factor Authentication Setup

How To enable Two-Factor Authentication for added security on your account

  1. Visit the client area and log into your account using your email address and password.
  2. Hover your mouse over your name in the top right hand corner > Security Settings

  3. Click on the Enable button > Get Startedtwo-factor-authentication-setup 
  4. Download Google Authenticator app or any other OATH/Authenticator app on your mobile device
  5. Scan the QR code up on the screen with your mobile device > Confirmtwo-factor-one-time-password 
  6. Enter in your 6 digit PIN > Confirm

Every time you log into your account you’ll be asked to enter in a 6 digit PIN


Please make sure the date and time on your mobile device is correct. It is recommend to sync your mobile device up with your network provider. If the date and time is not correct you will encounter errors when setting this up
