Connection To Celovpn Service Was Closed

Please read and follow the steps below

  1. Uninstall the Celo App from “apps and features”. Just make sure no Celo appears in the list
  2. Reboot PC
  3. Run the Celo installer again (download if needed) and at the Choose Installation Location > click on the Browse button
  4. Navigate to your Documents folder and press Ok. It should end up looking something like C:\your name\Documents\CeloVPN
  5. Then press Install button
  6. Open up the Celo App and click on Settings
  7. Under OpenVPN Local Port change the 9090 number to 9999 or 10
  8. Once finished try connecting to a server again
